Important Note for International Orders

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Great Britain (Mainland UK) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Sunny Savers Limited has no control over these charges, nor can Sunny Savers Limited predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our current delivery estimates.

Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.

Denial of Receipt

If the tracking details say it has been delivered but you have not received the package.  Please complete the Denial of Receipt form by clicking here and return this to us.  Please provide as much information as possible.

Royal Mail DDP Service

We can offer a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) tracked service to the following countries:

  • Austria
  • Germany
  • France
  • The Republic of Ireland
  • Portugal
  • The Netherlands
  • Cyprus
  • Malta

The service will allow us to calculate and collect at the checkout an additional amount that will cover the cost of import VAT and customs duty alongside the DDP handling fee.  This will be the VAT amount shown on your order.  Please note that the end recipient will be the Importer of Record and Royal Mail will simply ensure that you are not charged any further amounts by customs. This will help to avoid unexpected charges and delivery delays to the end recipient, improving the overall customer experience.
